great thing about romhack development is getting to decide that the tutorial old man raised his tutorial weedle into a killing machine and that you get to team up with them in raid battles
this romhack base doesn't add any additional backsprites for NPC partner trainers, so to start with, I am working with Brendan, May, Old Man, and Poke Dude, the ones in FR/LG by default. I have to make the best of what I've got. (I also fit in Marley from Gen 4 just now)
