I always get so nervous when I think about using the site outside of just looking at peoples posts :< I think it's a combination of my anxiety/not being familiar with the etiquette of sites like these.

idk either but after deciding to care less and treat everything as an experiment/intentional imposter syndrome its been way more interesting
i see some people post like they did on twitter with tons of tiny little messages that are mostly puns or shitposting and i did a little of that to start but now i mostly just post long rants about whatever happens to be on my mind
so there is no particular expectation or formula, just do whatever, no matter how niche or weird or boring
the hardest part is tagging, but remember you can always tag or untag later, so it is fine to experiment there as well
I was looking for advice haha. But thanks! I'll keep that in mind! The main thing that I've been struggling with is etiquette concerning resharing (Retweeting? Rehosting?) because I've heard that's the main way people find content when following people and I have a feeling that the etiquette is more complicated than retweeting was on twitter.
rehosting is the only way for people to see stuff from people that they do not follow and do not know to tag search for
other than that i have no idea what the etiquette is, let me know if you figure it out!
