i wanted something to use up the two pounds of shrimp we had in the freezer, so i managed to dig this up off of reddit. it tastes pretty good but i feel like it’s a bit light on spices and someone smarter than i could prolly figure out what changes could be made to make it taste better. still yummy tho. (note: i had to do a number of substitutions based on what was in my local grocery store so maybe what would make it taste good would be actually following the fucking recipe lol)
