Okay before I review the actual card, I need to review the art. Maurcio Herrera was my favorite artist for super old netrunner stuff, with his comic-book styled art being a stark contrast to the more modern, realistic looking stuff. It kept just a little bit of the game in the fantastical and allowed some over the top jokes and ideas to work seamlessly with the rest of the game. And now, he's BACK and his art is EVEN COOLER and I'm SO HAPPY. I hope NSG experiments even more with art and stylistic choices as we go on, as few things make me happier then art like this.
Anyways the card itself is okay I think? It's going to depend entirely on how viable the secondary ability is, how often you can get that to trigger. In a deck that can hit that reliably, this becomes an amazing tool; if not then it's extremely mediocre and easy to trash. We'll see how many de-rez and re-rez shenanigans the new HB identity can actually pull, which might upgrade this to 3 or 4 stars, but for now i'm seeing this as a fragile "click to gain 3 credits" which just doesn't seem worth when you could run regolith mining license.
