Are you willing to commit yourself to running at the start of your turn all to get the privilege to spend 1 click to bypass one ice? It’s a good deal but I don’t know if it’s that good of a deal. I feel like most of the time you’d rather run another card.
The secret to this card that's hard to notice is that it doesn't say "you may spend a click to run hq". That run is a free click, and you get to choose to do it. Pushes this card a lot higher for me, even if it's still kinda weird
great with the sword tho cause it lets you start by running hq and still have 4 clicks left over
