Huh Null Signal really thought, "Man Deep Dive is such a commitment to use. It's basically a build around card. Is there any way we could make it a bit easier for the average shaper deck to get, like, half of a Deep Dive without any investment?" and then they printed half of a Deep Dive that requires no commitment to run. Combo with Joy Ride to go +4 cards on top of that with no additional cost.
