Honestly it’s arguably better than Seamless Launch since it continues offering a benefit even after you score out a 2/4 with it. Unlike Seamless Launch, Cohort Guidance Program can get trashed, which is a drawback, but its upside is that it doesn’t remain a dead draw until you’re ready to score an agenda. It can sit on the board instead. Obviously ideal in asset spam Jinteki decks where it won’t be run because of the potential consequences to picking wrong.
