I want to believe in this card. It’s really cool, the expendable action is reasonably good, it has fun flavor, and you can use it to get to threat 3 really quickly if you want to be funny. Unfortunately Hostile Takeover exists, competes for the same deck slot, and is definitively better than Eminent Domain under almost every circumstance. However, I’m excited for the future of Eminent Domain once System Update 2021 rotates out later this year.
