It’s no Spin Doctor, but nobody’s gonna complain over store brand Spin Doctor that you can play every turn. If any card makes Nuvem good, it’ll be Descent, although I predict every Weyland ID will want to run Descent, and maybe it'll get run a bit out of faction. It's harder to justify running 3 Spin Doctors and 3 store brand Spin Doctors at 9 influence though. By the way, the card art goes hard.

Corp card abilities are only active while rezzed except:
~ If they are operations, they work when you play them. (obviously)
~ Abilities that say "When accessed" (or similar)
~ Abilities that affect the cost of the card itself. (Archer, for example)
~ Abilities that can only function from a certain zone (Expendable abilities, cards that say "when this is trashed")
~ "You can advance this card" abilities.

These are all just exceptions in the rules. Also Agendas have their own rules. They are only active in the corp score area unless it is a public agenda or it says otherwise.
