if you’re looking for a new mouse utility app thingy for mac, linearmouse is free, open source, and more performant than logi options. if you use this for their keyboards, then maybe use one that’s powered by qmk or something. idk logitech keyboards suck real bad so i don’t like them but their mice are good

I opened a ticket with Logitech business support last week about disabling and removing this and they straight up told me., "No, there is no way to disable or remove this feature."

this is so disappointing. Logitech was what i would immediately recommend to anyone looking for a new mouse. It's really silly their newer stuff comes with bloatware and it's like parody that the bloatware is hard to remove text/image generator stuff
thankfully you can use a mouse without logi options! i never used it on my mac ever since i got a logitech mouse because it seemed like bloatware and its performance was awful, and have used the software i recommended ever since. the mice are good but just don’t use the software that comes with it!
Aah you can just not use it then, nice! i was thinking it was a more forceful kinda bloatware because i've been burned by HP monitors silently installing and reinstalling their Omen gamer stuff :')
I use the remapping option regularly (one profile for daily use, one for Adobe Premiere), and I like having the acceleration profile saved to the mouse between PCs. If there's some other way to do this without their mediocre software, I'd take it in a heartbeat.
