Meds have been rough for me lately. Adderall shortage has been affecting so many friends, it's really mortifying.
Started vyvance after both concerta and ritalin failed. It's ok so far but these headaches are killer.

ive made a habit of checking if im tensing up, vyvanse will just make me clench my neck muscles super hard for hella long for no reason sometimes n give a massive headache. i gotta check regularly n make a point to relax as much as i can
im already a really tense person. i seem to be doing okay so far but i will definitely stay aware of that
