after sitting on it for a bit, the difficulty progression of punch out wii's world circuit title defense is bizarre. soda 2's punches are so fast I had to put down the game for months and has me 100% convinced it's nonviable to try to react to them on an emulator and digital display. bald bull 2 has brutal timing windows to get stars that are basically required to win by anything other than decision. super macho man 2 has a punch animation that's kind of weird I guess. sandman 2 is a fight that is functionally the same as the first time you fought him. he has a new attack with a pretty obvious tell. he was pretty hard the first time so I guess there's that
