in most situations (there are exceptions, but they don't come up a lot) we leave an edit note
we figure we have a lot of followers who have dissociative memory issues and would appreciate it. it's definitely more work though and we totally understand why most people don't
dissociative gang but we only leave edit: notes when it's a significant change in post meaning rather than like. connotation/way of saying it. or just adding information.
like if we're like
"blah blah blah im starlight glimmer
EDIT: IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION I AM ACTUALLY SUNSET SHIMMER"
then thats an edit note. but if its like
"blah blah blah blah im starlight glimmer" and then we had "and im gonna drink horse coffee" then we wont leave an edit note
