I know times are tough especially in the US but please do not believe randos’ claims of some alternative medicine shit for your hormones, we know what the feminising hormones are and if it's not some combination of oestradiol, progesterone and an anti-androgen like spironolactone or cyproterone acetate don't touch it, doubly so if they're laying on the pride month thing thick, stay safe folks
