if you use the phrase "be normal" as if it's something to aspire to, kindly take a long walk off a short plank. or block me. whichever is easier for you.

Yeah ok but the L4 and L5 points specifically seem like something dreamed up by a 17th-century mystic who believed in the supreme significance and perfection of the equilateral triangle
every once in a while I like to go down a wikipedia hole about the fundamental forces and particles. I love so much that gravity is 1) the weakest force physically 2) utterly unexplainable in a general sense compared to all the others.
you'd think a "theory of everything" would be a like, 19th century scientists dream, laughable to us with modern knowledge. but no we basically have that except gravity doesn't quite come together.
It makes sense that something has to be the prime mover
the weirdest thing is that gravity operates at light speed
Is that known now? I thought that was one of those things that was generally assumed to be true but hadn’t been conclusively demonstrated, but I haven’t kept up with this
Yeah that seals it, I’d say…at that distance if the speed of the gravitational wave was even 0.000000001% different than c, the timing of the signals would have been off by well over a day. Thanks!
