hunters mark gives you a bonus spell to recast it for free when you kill the target without breaking your concentration
talk to the dead does too -- you can recast it on any corpse that isn't one you've already interrogated until long rest
there's a few others -- summon flame lets you throw the flame you summoned as a free action on the same turn.
