I've mentioned that as bad as "our" application (the web page they pay me to work on) is in a lot of respects we've managed to keep from adopting any Frameworks or any of that bullshit and you would be dismayed at how many junior folks come in and marvel at how easy it is to create a UX component. "So I just write a little HTML and that's it?? And it just works???"
