the recommendation I always give is to just open up your browser's devtools (Ctrl+shift+i or right click->inspect element) and poke around on your favorite webpages! pick things apart and try to figure out how it all works. all the css properties will be on the right hand side, and if there's a property you haven't seen before, look it up on MDN and learn about it. css is one of those tools that benefits mostly from experience, due to how many weird quirks and interactions it has. it takes a while, but it's very fun!
