me: but i love it when queen mara sov tells me that i shine as a beacon of ascendant power and that i consecrate the ascendant plane on a paracausal level, its borders fraying and yielding at my touch, the corruption within withering as i approach, and that for someone of my ability one step through that darkness can equal anywhere from a thousand to ten million steps in the material world
