This is actually a common issue I have. In this instance, I dropped the tube on accident. But often, I'll put a cardboard box outside with the intention of breaking it down to recycle it, but I'll forget, then when I get around to it, people (bugs) are living inside it, so then I don't want to take their home away. Eventually my friend comes along and throws it away when I'm not looking.
