my SUPER late secret samol in which i got way too ambitious with some lemmanuel. i've wanted to draw that balcony scene in season 1 for a long time

apologies for the weird.... sizing on these. i didn't realize until the final image that my scanner had been cutting like half an inch off of everything 🙃
- rough 3D model sketch in CLIP STUDIO PAINT. big grey boxes and grey lil dudes
- BREAKING IT OUT OF THE DIGITAL... printed out the model and transferred it onto paper using carbon paper. had to do this lightly bc erasing the transfer is a bitch (i don't have a lightbox
) - sketched details over the traced outline
- inked using my dip pen (mostly JP nib, school nib, then mapping nib for cross-hatching)
- coloured in with watercolour pencils. kinda started getting slapdash with it
- brushed over the dry pencils with water and hoped to god everything blended OK
- (not pictured) me fussing with the scanner for like half an hour because it insisted on cutting millimeters off the edges
