I usually do either cucumber dill slices or bread-and-butter chips but it's gotta be good with things like chutneys or pickled mango as well

I know this is a zillion different cuisines but in my area there's not a lot of distinction drawn around specific cuisines other than Szechuan and Xi'an so, I am sorry I can't be more specific! This is just the best flavor comparison I can think of with the extensive use of pickled vegetables as part of the flavor package in a bunch of dishes.
