In the span of this month, my boyfriend is paying for himself to get a driver's license. On the 25th, he is having a hospital stay for various health concerns (which I don't know the nature of). After that, he is taking a flight out from where he is, in order to come to me. His current living situation is barely a living one at all, he's been a victim of relentless abuse from his entire household for nearly his entire life and it's slowly killing him.
He's been living off Social Security for the entire first half of the year, and that's only because he was able to stop his mother from taking every dollar from him and using it for rent (and then saying he needs to start paying rent to her).
My parents and brother do not like him, so him moving in with me and my immediate family is not an option.
Our main plan was to move in with my cousin in Massachusetts, but since he is not family, that would be subleasing, which is grounds for her to be evicted. She is still expecting for me to come stay with her, so I can possibly convince her to let him stay in my room for a short while, but after that I'm not sure.
My grandmother wouldn't be able to take on any more people, since she already has my other cousin and his girlfriend living with her.
