If it helps you make a decision, it is pretty easy to make a separate page (which does not have any obvious connection to your other page(s)) on cohost. just tap/click your pfp on the top right and you can use the "create a new page" thing, and you can switch between them easily
Oh that's TRUE... though, it would be a clever enough way to diversify my social medias (something I unfortunately should probably do now) to split it up, and I can't feasibly juggle a two account sfw/nsfw dichotomy on multiple sites at the same time. Or at least I don't want to
