❄ They were named that because they're wispy and white, like a cloud
❄ They have the usual Ghost-type powers, such as seeing souls, invisibility, levitation and possession
❄ No one has ever seen their legs. Not even Cirrus themselves.(It makes them question whether they even have legs at all.)
❄ Their blue parts turn red when they're in cold areas (except for the snowflake patterns on their hips, those are always blue regardless of temperature)
❄ Very short (the top of their head wisp is only about waist-height next to Alopex)
❄ They were born like this, rather than dying and resurrecting out of spite
❄ They're very proud of being a ghost, rather than missing their old body, probably because they didn't have one
❄ Due to being mostly incorporeal, their body is able to stretch and bend in ways that a physical body would never be able to replicate
❄ Firmly believes that ontological inertia is for fucking COWARDS
❄ Has a sort of slow, drawn out way of speaking
