Cirrus is usually known to fight using snowballs, but in this form, it looks like they've opted for a new choice of weapon, using a needle instead. They can swing it around like a rapier, or they can stab themself with it like a voodoo doll to cast curses on others. I wonder what that Bibarel did to piss them off so much...
Also as a side note, I think I did pretty well for my first time drawing Bibarel. Not GREAT, but not terrible either.
