What if I get myself an electric espresso machine as a birthday gift to myself this year? I love the manual espresso press that I’ve got and enjoy the ritual of pulling shots by hand, but also it’d be really nice to have a steam wand to froth milk with. I love drinking shots of espresso, but heading into fall the thought of being able to make pumpkin spice or caramel cardamom syrups to use in lattes is awfully tempting….
