i've become an absolute FREAK about management of my living and working space. i clean my desk almost every day, i vaccuum five times a week, i adjust the pillows and blankets on my couch. it's definitely replaced a lot of time that i would have normally spent just scrolling, or sitting around not really doing anything, and in general it just makes me feel more positive and relaxed to be in my space when it looks nice.
