Been stir frying 1-2 recipes per week out of kenji lopez alt's recent wok cookbook and it's been real fun. It's been years since I've done the hit up the same cookbook week after week thing but it's been pretty enjoyable! Plus I've been getting a lot better at stir frying which isn't something I'd done a ton of before. Pictured here are cumin beef, kimchi pork, and black pepper beef.
