I got to do a bunch of commentary this weekend for the granblue versus bracket at bonus round: season’s beatings, one of PNW’s main regional fighting game tournaments that runs quarterly.
I’ve been having a bunch of fun doing commentary for the game lately and it’s definitely something I want to pursue more of. This one was especially sick doing it for such a large in-person event. Most of the commentary I’ve done up until this point has been for netplay brackets, so it was really cool having an audience in the room and being able to feed off their energy in reacting to big moments.
