whewwwwww took a week off of lifting weights last week to give myself maximal rest in my first week of being free from my previous job. came back to it this morning expecting for things to be a little tougher today as i got back into the swing of things, but instead blew my prior PR for continuous kettlebell double cleans out of the water, going from 82 reps in 3:25 to 88 reps in 3:27.
rest is a powerful tool!!
