YEAH exactly! Like- there’s “oh this is just peppered into my speech patterns” but then when I start doing it with intent y’know shit is actually serious
I used to not swear at all because I thought it was funnier to mince my expletives. Now, I swear a good bit, and it seems to just completely pass the notice of everyone around me. Every few days, folks in my friend group will be like "!!! You swore!" and make a big deal about it, and then just seemingly forget about it since it repeats a few days later.
So, like. I guess you can swear a lot, and still just radiate an aura of cleanliness forever, but I have no idea what the dividing line is.
