Holy fuck is deadlock ugly
Like. I never really liked the Dota 2 stylization much, but applied to a cast of Ostensibly Real Humans it just has this like- brutalist ugliness that strips people of character and makes them look uncanny and alien, like uncomfortable caricatures. It’s like if they looked at something like Dishonored, perhaps one of the most beautifully crafted settings in a similar style, went “yeah, we can do that” and then proved pretty decisively they cannot do that
