#got myself some of the old ass games bc im queen of lowballing #n im fervently looking for any and all old sugimori watercolor art to study #i kinda wanna rewatch the anime szns i grew up with but like... hmm #idk whether to go for the 4kids dub for nostalgia or in japanese for authenticity #lmao

i've been rewatching the movies with a friend, and while the dub is pretty corny at times it is also very much iconic to me. also the movies are good as hell.

aw fuck yeah, the movies kick ass!!! u couldn't tell 5 year old me tht the first one wasn't PEAK cinema

also yeah no like the dub has its Moments but largely? every time i catch clips in like yt videos and such i always have such a stupid huge grin on my face lol its so special to me
