EDIT: So far no "plain oat" products are included, just further-processed products¹. That said, it is not impossible the scope will grow after further investigation.

previous job information kicking in here: despite being 100% oats, rolled oats are considered to be a processed food in agricultural terms

The recall is on granola, not oats. Quaker oats are safe.

This is true, but as a very new announcement I left it a little broad to encourage clicking through and checking lists, as sometimes new products are added as investigation continues.
