I appreciate that there's a Sailor Moon fandub in here from 1997. Nowadays professional recording equipment is cheap and ubiquitous due to everybody podcasting, and distribution is just as painless. But doing a fandub back in 1997? There were so many more hurdles to overcome from both software and hardware. And they had to export to consumer VHS and distribute via home business mail order!
The actual quality of the translation, acting, or production value almost doesn't matter at this point, because the attempt itself is impressive enough. Historic, even.
