I got around to trying out the latest build of Blade Sight(0.4) tonight, and I have to say the vibes of this are immaculate. While the look of it is what made me curious, the one-player fighting game concept is pretty cool. Took me a bit to get the hang of what's going on, but I'm interesting in trying out more and see what combos I can do and whatnot.
I had a bit of an issue getting used to the perfect dodge, or really how to block properly, but I'll look into that more later and get a better feel for it. Addaline's art in this is wild though, I'd suggest checking it out on that alone. The whole look of the game is a hell of a mood and the portraits are fantastic. Not to mention the interactions between the characters which combined with the aesthetic and tone is, uh. Really good. Also, really yuri. This is definitely nailing what it's going for from what I can tell so far.
Not to mention, uh. Suu's combat lines whenever she loses a blood meter in battle. That shit fucks.
I'll be keeping an eye on this.
