i was thinking to myself the writing style annoys me and then it drops 'You can’t kill me in any way that matters' which when it truly lost me
i think i'd have a lot more respect for the story if it was presented as is in a tumblr post somehow, theres something about that dissonance between tone and presentation that didnt work for me lol
