i've started stretching consistently, finally, which i really hope will do something for my pain. mostly focusing on my hips and feet since those seem to be major problem areas, especially at work.
i'm also finally getting new work shoes! the shoes i normally wear are beat to shit and i think i put the insoles in wrong, so i think they're contributing, or at least Not Helping. i'm hoping they'll be here by tonight so i can wear them over the weekend; else i have to wait until monday or tuesday.
i have also started taking advil before my shifts at my doctor's recommendation. (which reminds me i need to call him.) i haven't been doing it long enough to be sure but it might be making the pain Less even after the medication should be wearing off? i started at the same time as other things so it's hard to be sure.
