It's not the kind of thing that makes headlines, but recent Ukrainian airstrikes on Crimea might be yet another turning point in the war. Russia have been able to use Crimea as a logistics hub relatively unmolested up until now, so material losses there will probably be felt across the entire front.
Russia have also been billing it as a hot vacation spot for some reason, so the economic impact could be almost as problematic.
Again, not the type of thing that wins a war overnight, but very little does.
