while i do think that chainsawman is like, a better narrative and i like akane-banashi the most out of the shonen jump offerings, i feel like JJK is like, far like, Better as a Shonen-Ass-Shonen than either of those and also chainsawman has like, some uncomfortable elements (that like, are thematically appropriate) while JJK doesnt really go deep when it brings attention to child abuse or rape in its setting. for these reasons it is like the first time that i really feel like you can just no-caveat recommend this to anyone who Just Wants To Read A Shonen-Ass-Shonen

anyway Maki is the coolest character in the world but my favorite above favorites is Todo

liar satsuki can see death is really fun and good, i really love satsuki's conviction and the pacing of it has been really good, i really am curious about where the work is going to end up and stuff. that said dont read it if you cant handle seeing a bunch of corpses bc part of the fun is just talking about ways that people can die like, literally all the time

idk it just felt like kana getting taken out of the picture would be a larger blow than trying to dissolve the company... im so sad that she didn't get to go to have lunch with tsuchiba...... this is truly the worst crime the villains have committed yet
