me waking up this morning: okay it kinda sucks that I didn't sleep well due to nightmares all night, but I've got a nice cup of tea and a whole day of no responsibilities 😊

me now, lying in bed after having tummy troubles and clogging the toilet so thoroughly that 20 minutes of plunging has done nothing: Don't fucking talk to me. I live here now

I keep having recurring anxious dreams about being stuck in a warehouse and/or series of hallways and having to avoid/outrun some vague malicious force. I don't even play shit like Backrooms or Superliminal. cannot wait to bring that up in trauma therapy next week
