I was expecting a lot more in-depth trauma work tbh. I'm not sure whether to be proud of myself or have impostor syndrome about it and seek out another specialist

Alright, everyone, time to show off! Share/comment with something you're proud of having done this past year, big or small!
my big thing is that i finally got my life together and, in the process of doing so, found a kind of inner peace that i'd only dreamed of. also i've been building my own game engine and wrote like half of a book
I have also been working really hard on getting my life together, which for me means a hell of a lot of therapy. but that therapy has done immeasurable good in my life, and along the way I've been getting back into some of the hobbies I lost interest in for years like painting, cross stitch, and piano. I painted my first landscape, I finished a cross stitch project for the first time since 2018, and I've finally memorized Debussy's Clair de Lune. I'm even actually practicing piano on a semi-regular basis again (which is something I haven't done reliably for over a decade!)
I still feel like there's plenty of work to do on myself, but I feel so much more confident about going into 2023 with the foundation I've laid this year.
