I haven't done any bedtime wind-down meditation in a really long time, but it's not for lack of trying. it's just that it worked so well against my insomnia when I was recovering from crisis that nowadays I put on the meditation, and I literally fall asleep within minutes of it staring lmao. I think this is an acceptable state of things right now
honestly very nice that my insomnia seems to have basically resolved itself through trauma therapy. it's so incredible to actually like... get tired and fall asleep at a reasonable rate
