I finally picked out my new middle name a couple days ago πΈ I'm still not entirely sure when I'll be going through with the process of a legal name change, but I'm feeling so excited to finally have confidence in who I want to be. it's a really good name imo

got triggered tonight and had a bad reaction to it. blughhhhh
it would be so sick if I could experience being triggered without, like, losing my entire stupid head about it. but I guess that's why they call it a trigger huh
I guess I have gotten better at responding to most of my triggers, it's just that this one in particular almost never comes up so I'm not practiced enough at handling it well yet
