The fact that my silly horny transfem safe space slowly turned to serious conversations about transmisogyny as people drove various transfems off the site really does speak to how bad things got. It got so, so bad and honestly it made me so upset to see. I still miss it, cohost is great but it's not as full yet, tumblr is where I really fell deeply in love with my community, my sisters, after a bad experience. I love you forever trans girls, I'll miss those of you that were lost in the jump

I made like 10 burners at one point coz I decided I wanted to "have fun with it" - it being the targeted reporting that got my main and my secondary nuked.
I learned a lot about the ways reporting operate by being at the other end of it and paying keen attention to others it happened to. the particular culture on Tumblr is something that's been around for quite a while tho and I would have to agree that "gaming" it is apart of that culture, especially the culture of stalking/reporting and offsite organising (mind you onsite organising was still functional)
