the sum of the angles in a polygon of n sides is (n - 2) × 180°, so in the case you've mentioned where two of the angles are right angles, the answer is (n - 3) × 180°
No maximum, you can make this polygon have infinite number of sides. The minimum is a rectangle and so 180°.
