lately i've been having the same snack each night before bed - a bowl of these apple cinnamon rice crisps with cashews. the little rice pucks are slightly cupped on one side, so you can put several cashews on one and eat it like a topped cracker or chip; but more often i just eat it out of a bowl like one would cereal. the salty fattiness of the cashews and the sweet and savoriness of the apple and cinnamon come together to make a complex flavor that's so much greater than any sum of its individual parts
