As it comes to its conclusion, I thought I'd review the last ten months of this every-second-tuesday series in one link-heavy post.
- Introduction - the beginning! right before i began le mot juste
- Sybil Reisz - my first Ravel post! Even if Royce Bracket is the titular character, this series wouldn't be written without the queer disaster of sybil reisz.
- Sand, Water, and Nothing - a meditation on meditation
- questions about the boxer pt 1 - Ravel post number two, about the voice in the transistor! or really. despite the title, this one's more about Red, and how everything really goes wrong for her
- questions about the boxer pt 2 - this one's more about "the boxer". I think it's easy to spend too much time on him, but I also think studying the things he is not can help us learn a lot about the characters in the game that are. it's the 3rd and final interactive Ravel post of the bunch.
- when you speak i hear silence - Grant Kendrell. still makes me feel a certain kind of sad
- a formal admission of guilt - Asher Kendrell, supergiant's original Thanatos Hadesguy, but apologetic in a way Thanatos never seems to be. Exactly the same amount of gay, though.
- what's wrong with royce bracket - an interrogation of the villains of the story, and the vices of interest, care, and genius
- what's right with royce bracket - why i fell in love with royce bracket, looking at his masculinity through the lens of james joyce
- what's left with royce bracket - nothing. but being right sometimes and also — being wrong
