I was briefly interested in the J programming language, because I heard it was inspired by linguistics and human language and that seemed sorta neat. I navigated my way to some learner's material and figured "J for C programmers" would be a good place to start, but wowee did the introduction to the book put me off the whole project fast:

barely two hundred words into your beginner's introduction and we're just praising Nazis on the page! this sucks so bad. I guess I just saved a bunch of time learning this at least!
